This is a very exciting path which I dearly hope that I can share with you when- not if- you find yourself at a crossroad in your life- be it family, work, partner, community, spirituality, financial…the list goes on. I can support you in making your best decisions as you move forward on your path, as you uncover your inner wisdom.  Your body keeps the score, it is the wise partner to your creative mind!

As of 2016, and I am a certified Mindfulness Teacher who is very appreciative of the deep connections between mindfulness and bodywork – you can learn more about this part of my professional life at: Olympic Peninsula Mindfulness.

I have led an active life, creatively using my hands and mind at work and play as a baker, sail maker, African marimba, mbira and now, Scottish bagpipes.

“The beauty of massage is its ability to combine the wisdom of the scientific and energetic fields to promote healing and self-awareness. To actually feel the connection we have with the vital energy that flows around and through us, connecting the cells of our bodies to the environment… to life, is an incredible experience I look forward to sharing with you.”
