I have led an active life, creatively using my hands and mind at work and play as a baker, sail maker, African marimba and mbira performer. (I am currently learning the Scottish small pipes!).
I started a new journey a couple of years ago, and I am now a certified Mindfulness Teacher who is very appreciative of the deep connections between mindfulness and bodywork – you can learn more about this part of my professional life at: Olympic Peninsula Mindfulness.
“The beauty of massage is its ability to combine the wisdom of the scientific and energetic fields to promote healing and self-awareness. To actually feel the connection we have with the vital energy that flows around and through us, connecting the cells of our bodies to the environment… to life, is an incredible experience I look forward to sharing with you.”
